Аннотация: 

Quasi-likelihood, maximum likelihood and quasi-optimal algorithms for the estimate of the arrival time and duration of a rectangular radio signal and unknown initial phase are synthesized. The asymptotic characteristics of their performance are found. It is shown that the application of the offered quasi-optimal approach makes the technical implementation of the measurer considerably easier, without appreciable losses in its performance.
